イカ釣り大好きIt is a Sei Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Namaishiki Namaishiki M301 Yeast from Sei Shuzo, a sake brewery located about 6 km from my parents' house.
I got it at Imai Sake Shop in Maebashi.
The Sei series is not sold at the brewery's stores.
It can only be purchased at special dealers.
It is fruity and sweet, but has a bitter aftertaste.
It is a good match for a meal.
