This is a 2016BY Namahashi-style brewed Kamaya Shinpachi Junmai Ginjo.
The flavor has increased in one month after opening the bottle.
I usually prefer the sweet and fruity kind.
I tried the aged sake and I like this one too.
The price is about 2000 yen for 5 years of aging.
It is quite reasonable.
