Keizuki CEL24 Junmai Daiginjo 50
This is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 50% polished Gin no Yume sake rice.
At first, it has a fruity, sweet pineapple-like aroma, with a light acidity and sweetness that makes it easy to drink.
The aroma is sweet but the aftertaste is refreshing.
Light Hanayo-Yoku?
Is it easier to drink than Hanayo-yoku?
It seems to be a major sake brewery in Kochi.
This is a good sake.
