It was purchased at a liquor store. When I opened it and poured it into a glass, it was yellow in color. The yellow color may be original, or it may be from aging or deterioration. I know that I couldn't put it in the refrigerator and kept it in a cool dark place once, so it probably deteriorated. (Also, the production date was 2016). The taste of the sake, which seems to have such a problem, is almost not alcohol, but vanilla, which I felt with Dewazakura... It had a creamy sweetness to it. It was the kind of sake that makes you want something salty, but I don't know if this was the original taste.

It was bought at a sake shop. At the beginning of drinking, it is a little fruity, but soon it disappears and the sourness comes and finally it becomes bitter. This bitterness remains for a long time, so it is not a sake to be drunk by itself. It is not a sake to be drunk by itself. The spiciness is only a little when you put it in your mouth, but you feel the spiciness of the alcohol strongly after it enters your stomach. It is thought that it is not possible to drink it on an empty stomach. It is a very habitual sake, and the aftertaste is bitterness and the pungent taste to the stomach and strong. There will be different likes and dislikes. Personally, the aftertaste is severe.

Loved the label and bought it at the liquor store. They said it was a sweet -30. At first I drank only the unclouded part, and it was gentle on the palate, with a slight sweetness, but with a strong alcohol feeling. After that, I mixed the cloudy part and drank it, and to my surprise, the sweetness disappeared. And the alcohol feeling is still there. The mouthfeel of the muddiness is still there, but... It would have been better not to mix it. I was expecting it to be quite sweet, but... I'll let it sit for a while and see how it goes.

I ordered my first usu-nigori at the liquor store. I thought it would have the sweetness of nigori with a reduced aftertaste, but it turned out to be quite different from nigori, with a light rice sweetness and a clean aftertaste. It has almost no habits, no bitterness, no astringency, and a little spiciness. It seems to be a sake that goes well with everything.

Ordered TAMA's signature Risshun Asa Shibori at the liquor store. It's crisp and fruity, like a banana. It's not sweet, but it's not dry either, so it's gentle on the throat and easy to drink. The aftertaste is also refreshing and does not linger, making it a very easy to drink sake.

I was attracted by the name and bought it. When you first drink it, the spiciness of the alcohol and the sweet taste like vanilla come, but the spiciness melts away and only a slight sweetness remains in your mouth. When I first drank it, I was so surprised at the almost disappearing aftertaste that I had to keep drinking until I could get some feedback. The aftertaste disappears so quickly that it's very easy to drink, and if you like vanilla-like sweetness, it's a very good drink. If you like vanilla sweetness, this is a great drink.

I bought this sake by mail order after hearing a recommendation for nigorizake at a liquor store. I had the image that nigorizake was a sweet sake, but this was a very dry nigorizake, hotter than most dry sake. However, it is also sweet as nigorizake, and is a very dry sweet sake. Because it was nigorizake, if you didn't read the label carefully and turned it upside down before opening it, the sake in the narrow part of the bottle would blow out and disappear. It was gone. I was so frustrated that I bought another 1.8L bottle. The mail-order description said that this year's sake was very healthy, so it's possible that this year's sake was particularly harsh. It seems to be a good sake for those who like sweet sake but also want a spicy taste.

This sake is called Daiginjo Hatsushibori Reiwa 2 Shuzo 4 Kakomi Kaoru. It has very little spiciness, and a little sweetness at first, but it turns to astringency in the aftertaste. If you don't have a problem with astringency, it may be easy to drink, but if you don't like it, it may not be for you.
