This sake is called Daiginjo Hatsushibori Reiwa 2 Shuzo 4 Kakomi Kaoru.
It has very little spiciness, and a little sweetness at first, but it turns to astringency in the aftertaste.
If you don't have a problem with astringency, it may be easy to drink, but if you don't like it, it may not be for you.
