I bought this sake by mail order after hearing a recommendation for nigorizake at a liquor store.
I had the image that nigorizake was a sweet sake, but this was a very dry nigorizake, hotter than most dry sake. However, it is also sweet as nigorizake, and is a very dry sweet sake.
Because it was nigorizake, if you didn't read the label carefully and turned it upside down before opening it, the sake in the narrow part of the bottle would blow out and disappear. It was gone.
I was so frustrated that I bought another 1.8L bottle.
The mail-order description said that this year's sake was very healthy, so it's possible that this year's sake was particularly harsh. It seems to be a good sake for those who like sweet sake but also want a spicy taste.
