We were shocked by Mizuo Kousei and compared our drinks. This sake is made from Hitogochi from Iiyama city in Nagano prefecture. Maybe because the rice is different, it was a completely different sake even though it was the same brand. Simple taste.

We were shocked by Mizuo Kousei and compared them. I wondered how much better it would be if it was made with the same Kinmon Nishiki as Kasetsu, but upgraded to Junmai Ginjo. When I tried to drink it, I couldn't understand the aroma like melon juice because I was eating or because it wasn't Hiyoroshi. I want to revisit it sometime.
