My impression upon opening the bottle was that it was quite similar to the Gin that I had previously tasted. It has a mild sweetness and a gorgeous aroma. It might be close to melon. ......? However, the aftertaste and the lack of any cloying taste was better than that of the GIN. After the second day, there was a slight chocolate flavor 🍫.

Alcoholic beverages I forgot to record, part 1. Sake that is just light! Cosy sake with a firm fruity aroma and a slight sweetness though. However, I was a little concerned about the artificial smell.... I was convinced when I saw the expression "cemedine smell. How profound it is that only rice and water can produce fruit and even artificial-like flavors. ......

I have had Kaze no Mori before, Akitsuho 657, but it is lighter than that! When I started drinking it, I could taste the fruit aroma and sweetness in the slight carbonation, but gradually I even felt it was too light to taste. ...... However, as a food drink, it's quite possible to have it for a cosmetic ✨. I made a strong flavored Bean Curd with Mapo Tofu as a snack and it went well with both the sake and the meal!

It's super tasty, just delicious sweet ✨. This was my first time to drink a type of sake called kijozoju, and I didn't expect it to taste this good. ...... The melon-like dark sweetness and strong rice flavor is really irresistible. When the bottle was first opened, it had a strong caramel-like flavor, a type of sake I had never had before. I like sweet sake, and this sake suited me quite well. If I see it again, I will definitely buy it.

I got a taste of a souvenir I bought for my brother when he attended a conference in Nagoya last summer. The nose aroma is gorgeous yet ridiculously clear. Somewhat muscat-like aroma? When you put it in your mouth, the slightly thickened sweet and fruity flavors spread out. As it rolls around in the mouth, it disappears as if melting, leaving only the aftertaste and aroma of muscat at the end. You really can drink as much as you want ✨✨. I'm looking forward to getting some Māka and Sora this month ✨✨
