This is a rare quadruple bottle in Kudokuyoshi. Stable and delicious, as expected! I left it open for a while after I opened it. It seems to have mellowed out without any deterioration. The smell, the taste, the aftertaste, it's all good! You can buy a good kudoku-tei in the neighborhood. It's limited so if I find it, I'll buy it immediately. Thanks for the feast!

This sake is made by a local brewer. It's not easy to meet even in the local area. A hard one to buy. I heard it's made by a young brewer. I wondered if young kids today like this kind of drinking. I take it while thinking about it. Moderate aroma, not too sweet and not too spicy I think it has a good balance of acidity and bitterness. Personally, I would have liked a little more volume. Thanks for the meal!

Is it a different kind of sake from Koka? I think it is. It may be a characteristic of Omachi rice, but it is different from Koka. Delicious on the palate. Although it's a real brew, there's almost no sense of alcohol being added. When you get drunk, it's a bit too much. You can even feel the alcohol. Cozy as always. Thank you!

The flashy label of Eiko Fuji's specialty is eye-catching. It is unfiltered and has a slight chattering taste. It has no extreme sweetness, so it is not too sweet for Eiko Fuji. I thought it would be easy to match the meal. You can compare the different types of Sake with Eiko Fuji. It's fun! It's just not easy on the wallet, lol.

A private brand from the owner of a junmai sake shop. It is made with No.6 yeast. You don't see many other kinds of sake in the store. There were many. I've been given some #6 yeast sake on a few occasions. Is it characteristic of the sourness to tighten it up? I'm not a big fan of sour, but this was good. I will go back to buy it again.

The fragrance is fruity and mild. It has a restrained sweetness for Eiko Fuji. It has a bitter taste. It is a very popular unfiltered sake among Eiko Fuji. It's massive! It might be good to drink with ice or something.

gentle incense It's a little dry, but I think it's sweet in the mouth. You might not think of it as dry. It's a true brew, but it's not al-soaked at all! It's a good costumer and a candidate for a regular drink. Feast!

A yellowish green of a brick. Only this year? It seems to be. It is sold only in a four-bottle bottle, which is not usually sold in Bakuren. The aroma is a little different from the usual Bakuren. The taste is different. Is the sweetness a little stronger? Not as sharp as usual? It's nice to have a good aftertaste though. I suggest you take it out of the fridge and drink it a little later! Thanks for the meal!

It was a drink I didn't buy. I got it at a store I happened to visit. It has a unique gasiness to it, which is unique to unfiltered sake. I'm not good at tingling, but it's not that harsh. Easy to drink. The Leap Year I drank before was the same Aisan. It's a completely different thing. This one felt more solid and sweet. It was delicious!

まだ5月ですが夏酒。 開栓直後は微炭酸ありのスッキリな飲み口。 無糖サイダーのような感じ。 二日目 ほんのり甘さが出てきたのかな。 ビリビリ感はなくなっていかにも夏酒とおもえるようなスッキリ味に。 もう少し甘味がほしいかなぁ。

先日飲んだばくれんとは正反対のお酒。 甘口－15くらい？らしいです。 飲んでビックリ蜂蜜です(笑) でもベタつく感じもなくサラッと いただけました。 いやー日本酒っておもしろいですね。

くどき上手の中でも特徴的なお酒。 大辛口+20！一升瓶でしか販売がないので 敬遠してましたが思いきって購入しました。 香はくどき上手。 味わいはただ辛口じゃなくしっかり甘味もあるのでとても飲みやすいし、飲み続けられるかな。 コスパもいいし言うこと無し！ 赤、黒、白があるので今度は違うの飲んでみたいな(笑)

山形酒フェスで限定販売予定だった はずのお酒。 以前飲んだ出羽の里のしぼりたてよりも 甘さ控えめ。でもしっかり甘め。 でもくどくなく飲み続けられる感じ。 美味しかったです。ごちそうさま。

無濾過生原酒じゃない栄光冨士。 レトロなラベルが好きです。 香はフルーティー。 味は口当たりは甘め、最後は苦味で 締める感じです。 正直うまいですね！ 次は小瓶じゃない方を買います。
