It is made with No.6 yeast.
You don't see many other kinds of sake in the store.
There were many.
I've been given some #6 yeast sake on a few occasions.
Is it characteristic of the sourness to tighten it up?
I'm not a big fan of sour, but this was good.
I will go back to buy it again.
