It is quite easy to drink and seems to be a Jyushiyo.
It is an unfiltered, raw, high alcohol sake, but you don't feel much alcohol. It has a fruity, sweet, and refreshing taste that leaves a very strong impression.
The fact that it is brewed by a female toji seems to be reflected in the taste.
It is indeed a hard-to-find sake.
I went to a liquor store that I started going to this month and they had Shinmasa Yonotori and when I tried to buy it, they said they needed last month's 1,000 yen receipt so I couldn't buy it 😢.
I bought a bottle of Kijoyu from Kuroryu instead, which is very tasty, like a clear version of amazake.
It is very tasty, like a clear version of amazake.
I felt the freshness and sweetness that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can have, and the carbonation was very strong. It may be the best sake I have had recently.
After taking the Level 3 Sake Certificate last week
My first post
I came across Collage at the Ikebukuro liquor store and just had to have it.
The aroma was fruity at first, but the more I sniffed, the more I smelled alcohol.
The taste is sweet and fruity and easy to drink.
It's a 16% alcohol, so you can feel the alcohol afterwards.
I would like to learn more about tasting expressions and encounter various types of sake from now on!
