I had seen this sake in a sake book and had wanted to try it someday. I had no idea that I would encounter it so soon at an izakaya introduced by a friend of mine. I have never had such a delicious sake before. This is the pinnacle of umami-guchi. If you like umakuchi, you must try this.

I never knew there was another local sake that was so easy to drink. I'm about to turn 30, and every day I'm rediscovering the goodness of my hometown through sake. It has a delicious taste. Fruity and young people's favorite.
