Sake of the Day Yahiko Sake Brewery Yahiko Izumi Style "God's Water" Brewing Recommended by the brewery😊. Alcohol content is 11, but the sake degree is +4 It seems dry, but it is mild and smooth on the palate and down the throat. ☺️ I can't describe it well, but it's like "What is this delicious water! 😆. Decided on today's sake 🍶. It was recommended by the liquor store! I was attracted by the method of production called "maka-hari" (harvested in the middle of the year). Sake of the Day We heard it's a popular sake every year and decided to go for it! As the name suggests, it is juicy! Sweet and sour fruit flavor on the palate. Fresh with a hint of elegance and tenderness😍. I didn't mind the acidity, but if you are concerned about the sourness, drinking it in a wine glass will give it a more mellow taste! I recommend drinking it well chilled! Rice used: 100% produced in Yamagata Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Acidity 2.5

Today we decided on this sake from the "Kaze no Mori" series! It is described as having a complex and deep flavor with a rice polishing ratio of 80%. Fruity is a good description, but it is not citrusy, and as the description says, a banana🍌 flavor comes through on the nose. Mildly sweet, but not cloying, with a refreshing and light feeling. ☺️ A perfect drink for spring 🍶.

Saw this at the supermarket and decided to make it today's sake! I was drawn to the sake that tastes great in a wine glass, a gold medal winning sake: ❤️ I had it chilled and it was soft on the palate and down the throat, and even at room temperature, the soft sensation was just as delicious. Perfect for everyday sake! Great price too! It seems to go well with all kinds of meals👍.
