Last year's type. I bought this to compare last year's and this year's drinks. Smells like muscat. The acidity on the tongue feels slightly carbonated. I don't know. It has a zunken feeling. The sweetness comes from the muscat, but the acidity quickly dispels it. Compared to this year's Nisai brew, the mouthfeel was a bit crisp, but now it's a bit heavier. (Is this mild with age?) It's something thick and rich. It was also a little different and delicious.

Expected Sake. How on earth? Slightly yellow in colour. Sour smell. A little sourness on the tongue, but not too unpleasant. It is sweet but not sour. It leaves a faint sour taste. It is not so sweet. The more you drink it with food, the sweeter it gets, and the more acidity it gets, the better it gets. The sourness that remains on the tongue is a nice touch. The more you drink, the less sourness you feel. It's a good sake with a strong acidity and just enough sourness in my opinion. I found myself opening a fourth bottle in one day.

Our first Hohohai. It is a special brewed version of "Yamadanishiki" from Hyogo. It has a slight yellowish taste. It smells like Muscat. It has a heavy taste. It might taste like a kind of sake. It has a sweet taste. It has a sour taste too. This is the first time to drink this type of wine. It doesn't leave a bad sour taste in the mouth. The taste is strong, so it goes well with meals. It has the image of enhancing it. It has a lot of body, so I recommend it to people who are looking for a strong drink. It goes well with salty food. Day 2 I thought it was a bit boozy, but it has sweet and sour taste. Goes well with food.

Nisai-no-ho is a sake that was made by Ishii Shuzo in Satte City, Saitama Prefecture, and Takarayama Shuzo in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture. Aoki Shuzo is the third generation of the brewery. Day 1 Slightly yellow in color. No foam. Sweet smell (apple?) . The mouthfeel is a bit sweet. The taste is constant on the palate. When you swallow it quickly, it has a sour taste. It is totally different from a celebration. It feels like a mid-meal drink. The sourness doesn't stay in your mouth too much. This is the last season of Aoki Shuzo, but I wonder if they don't have any more of this type of sake in their brewery. It's delicious because it doesn't leave a sour taste on your tongue. And the more you drink and eat, the more you feel the sweetness rather than the sourness. It's delicious. Day 2. Doesn't interfere with the meal. Liven it up. It's delicious. This is seriously good as a food juggernaut. It has good acidity.

Pre-review is that it is sweet. The aroma is refreshing. It has a yellowish tint. The mouthfeel is reminiscent of the Hakurakusei, but when the sweetness (grape) comes, the sourness comes in. I felt that the sourness that remains on the tongue is similar to the Hakurakushi. If you eat it with something tasty, you don't feel the sourness, but the sweetness remains slightly and it is delicious. It is a sake which does not get tired of drinking. It is a sake in the dining room. It has a sweeter taste than the Hakurakusei. Does the sour/sweet taste increase on the second day? I think. It was delicious.

White in color. Slightly carbonated. It has a sweet aftertaste. But it is not bad. It is easy to drink. The taste is water (easy to drink). It is not too sweet and has a spicy taste. It goes well with meals. It tastes like grapes. It has a calm feeling, so it does not get old. It is a good sake.

Speaking of food poisoning! I bought this drink because I wanted to know what it was called. It has a slight yellowish tinge. No effervescence. The aroma is slightly, grape-like sweetness. (Slightly.) The mouthfeel is entirely watery. Light. Then the sourness, you know! I know what it means to be a foodie drinker! Slightly sweet. It's very heavy (with a hint of alcohol). It's. It's not spectacularly sweet, so it doesn't fight with the meal. If you drink it by itself, it might be a little heavy, but it goes smoothly with a meal. It doesn't get tired of drinking. Good sake.

The smell is sweet. The color is transparent. It is slightly effervescent. The aftertaste is lightly acidic, and the mouthfeel is like water. It is easy to drink. It has a fruity taste and is delicious. And it is not too sweet. It does not drag the sweetness and the feeling of alcohol into the mouth. Because it is a unpasteurized sake, it has a gorgeous sweetness, but it is not cloying, so it does not upset the balance of the meal. I can recommend this to anyone who likes fruity drinks. Delicious.

When you open it up, there's a pop. Slight froth. Foam on the rim of the cup. Slightly yellowish taste. Not too strong but sweet smell. The mouthfeel is light. It is not too sweet. It is swollen. It doesn't stay in the mouth. When it is combined with a meal, the sweetness remains. When combined with a meal, it has a gorgeous flavor.
