Pre-review is that it is sweet.
The aroma is refreshing. It has a yellowish tint.
The mouthfeel is reminiscent of the Hakurakusei, but when the sweetness (grape) comes, the sourness comes in.
I felt that the sourness that remains on the tongue is similar to the Hakurakushi.
If you eat it with something tasty, you don't feel the sourness, but the sweetness remains slightly and it is delicious.
It is a sake which does not get tired of drinking. It is a sake in the dining room.
It has a sweeter taste than the Hakurakusei.
Does the sour/sweet taste increase on the second day? I think.
It was delicious.
