I bought this to compare last year's and this year's drinks.
Smells like muscat.
The acidity on the tongue feels slightly carbonated.
I don't know. It has a zunken feeling.
The sweetness comes from the muscat, but the acidity quickly dispels it.
Compared to this year's Nisai brew, the mouthfeel was a bit crisp, but now it's a bit heavier.
(Is this mild with age?)
It's something thick and rich.
It was also a little different and delicious.
