Nisai-no-ho is a sake that was made by Ishii Shuzo in Satte City, Saitama Prefecture, and Takarayama Shuzo in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture.
Aoki Shuzo is the third generation of the brewery.
Day 1
Slightly yellow in color. No foam.
Sweet smell (apple?) .
The mouthfeel is a bit sweet. The taste is constant on the palate.
When you swallow it quickly, it has a sour taste. It is totally different from a celebration.
It feels like a mid-meal drink. The sourness doesn't stay in your mouth too much.
This is the last season of Aoki Shuzo, but I wonder if they don't have any more of this type of sake in their brewery.
It's delicious because it doesn't leave a sour taste on your tongue. And the more you drink and eat, the more you feel the sweetness rather than the sourness. It's delicious.
Day 2.
Doesn't interfere with the meal. Liven it up. It's delicious. This is seriously good as a food juggernaut. It has good acidity.
