Expected Sake. How on earth?
Slightly yellow in colour. Sour smell.
A little sourness on the tongue, but not too unpleasant. It is sweet but not sour. It leaves a faint sour taste. It is not so sweet.
The more you drink it with food, the sweeter it gets, and the more acidity it gets, the better it gets.
The sourness that remains on the tongue is a nice touch. The more you drink, the less sourness you feel. It's a good sake with a strong acidity and just enough sourness in my opinion.
I found myself opening a fourth bottle in one day.
