For New Year's Day Part 1 I mixed it lightly, but may not have mixed it enough, because I was careful not to blow it out. Slightly fizzy. It has a cloudy texture and a sweet rice taste. After drinking one cup, I mixed it well and it became more concentrated. I am not sure if it became easier to drink or if I became numb from drunkenness.

Sorry, it is shochu. The aroma is quite alcoholic. The taste is not as strong as the aroma, and you can hardly feel the sweetpotato taste. It is an easy-drinking shochu liqueur.

I don't really smell the aroma since I've been drinking a little, but according to those who haven't, it smells reasonably good. When you put it in your mouth, it smells pretty good. It has a sweet taste and is delicious.

The alcohol has been out of storage for some time since I bought it. I'm somewhat worried because I don't remember how it was stored or how it survived the hot summer. Slightly sweet aroma. It tastes a little sweet too. It has a nice sharpness to it.

When you smell the aroma, you don't feel much. It is gently felt when it passes through the nose after it is in the mouth. The taste is also gentle and a little sweet. The sharpness has a natural disappearance that matches the flavor, and it seems like it will be drunk more and more. A week later, when it was cold in the refrigerator, the alcohol-like sensation was stronger. I think it is better when it warms up to room temperature.

It has a lot of color. The aroma is that of a baked barrel, perhaps because of its appearance. There is no sweetness. I'm not sure if this is what old sake is supposed to taste like, but I'm not used to drinking it, so I'm not sure.
