Senkinあかとんぼ純米
こるねGentle sweet, sour and bitter all in one. My first red dragonfly. I finally conquered the seasonal items (snowman, cherry blossom OHANAMI, stag beetle and red dragonfly) of the sacred birds. The aroma is pleasantly alcoholic and centered around a pleasant alcohol, with a sweet and sour taste that is typical of a sentry, which is very promising. On the palate, the first thing you get is a muscat-like sweet and sour taste and a rice flavor. Then the elegant bitterness and alcohol taste comes out. It's like all the flavors of Japanese sake are in there. But it's not overly loud, everything is gentle and harmonious. It's delicious. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Kiki's letter at the end of Kiki's Delivery Service. There is a calmness that comes from experiencing a lot. There's a refreshing sense of nostalgia, like a high school student who has grown up and remembers her junior high school days. Satisfaction: ★★★★ . I have a blog. Kamonishiki荷札酒 秋あがり 純米大吟醸 無濾過生原酒純米大吟醸原酒生酒ひやおろし無濾過
こるねOn the palate, the sweet and sour flavors of melon and muscat with a pleasant alcoholiness are impressive. The bitterness spreads as it lasts until the end. It's a nice blast of green grass, mint and alcohol blowing through the upright aroma. There is a gorgeous and powerful feeling of unfiltered raw sake. It's called the end of autumn, but it doesn't have a calm feeling, it's energetic. To use a Ghibli analogy, it's the women at the Taraara Field in Princess Mononoke. It's not about any one person in particular, but everyone. You can feel the energy of working energetically even in a hard world. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★ . I've started a blog. TENBU純米吟醸酒純米吟醸
こるねThe moment you put it in your mouth, it's slightly sweet and sour and refreshing. But from there, the true nature of the drink is immediately revealed. Bitter sweet alcohol runs wild. It's thick! It's a bit of a mess when you fall down, but it seems to have managed to stay put. It was delicious. If I were to compare it to Ghibli, it would be Musca from "Castle in the Sky". At first, I'd say, "You stay down on the floor," or "Do you hate trendy clothes? But he'll soon reveal his true nature. However, Muska, he's basically very good at what he does. Her personality is twisted though. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★ . This is my first time drinking from Kagoshima...4 more to go until I win all 47 prefectures! I've started a blog. Mutsuotokoyama超辛純米純米
こるねSuper dry with a layer of sweetness! The moment you take a sip, you can feel a slight sweetness. But it's really only for a moment, and then the dry taste that lives up to the name "Super Dry Junmai" surges in immediately. It has a tasty, bitter taste and a stimulation that makes your tongue tingle. The taste cuts through completely, but the chattering lingers on for a bit. This is the local brand of Mutsu Hassen's brewery, Hachinohe Shuzo, which has been loved by the locals. It's totally different from the trendy Mutsu-Hachisen. If I were to compare him to Ghibli, he would be the Giko-Boy from Princess Mononoke. He looks friendly at first, but underneath he's a brutal man. He cuts down people's lives easily. But he has faith in himself and is walking the path of Shura. And his physical abilities are very high. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★ . I've started a blog. Hanamura純米吟醸 雄町純米吟醸生貯蔵酒
こるねAs soon as I saw the menu, I decided to finish the day with this one. Hanamaru is my favorite sake and I've been drinking a lot of it this year, but this was my first time drinking it in Omachi. I'm a fan of Omachi, so my expectations were high. The first bottle I drank that day was "Omachiuri no Shoujo", so this must have been my second bottle of Omachi. The moment you take it in your mouth, it's a delicious, slightly sweet sake with a great mouth feel. And right after that, the complexity of the flavors, mainly sweetness, which is typical of Hana Yuu, spreads out in a big way. The sweetness is a bit more subdued than other Hanamoups, but it has a plump, spreading richness to it. I was very happy with it. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare it to the scene in Princess Mononoke, where the deer god walks and plants sprout under his feet. You can feel the spread of life. Combined with the frightening yet divine figure of the Deer God, it is very impressive. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★☆ .

華鷹大分三井 純米吟醸純米吟醸
こるねThe incense is a faint melon. In the mouth, the aroma rises before the taste. It has a wonderful aroma of peaches, melon, banana, a little bit of rum, alcohol and semedine. After that, a discreet sweetness and bitterness spreads slowly and then disappears before you know it. This is my first time to try Oita's sake, and I've been very happy from the first time I met them. The Hamashima Shuzo brewery that brews this sake, their main brand name seems to be "Takaraiya". I want to drink this one too if I find it. It says "Oita Mitsui" on the label, which I thought was the name of the place, but it's the name of the rice. I've never heard of it before, and it's amazing that they grow their own 100% rice. The Ghibli analogy is the scene in Red Pig, where Porco shows up in Gina's garden in a flying boat, but ends up going without getting off. It's sweet and just a little bit complicated. It's lovely. Takenosonoおまちうりの少女純米大吟醸
こるねShy sweet and sour. I looked at the menu and ordered it because the name was so funny. I love this kind of parodic wordplay. Do you get the impression that it's a "match seller" in taste? I've had a sake called "Panda Matsuri" before, and it was really good, so I wanted to drink it again. When I was waiting for it to arrive, the label! There you are! No, I don't hate it. If you look closely, the child on the right is a panda. It's just like the Garden of Bamboo. The aroma is a hint of melon, and expectations are high. On the palate, it's modestly sweet and sour and bitter. It's refreshing and clear. It doesn't come across as assertive, but it's impressive. Likes. They make this sake only in years when they have a good supply of quality Omachi rice. When I hear that, it makes me happier to have found it. If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the line from "Witch's Delivery Service" where Kiki says "No" to Sono-san after she gets wet and catches a cold in the rain. It's very maniacal, isn't it? I like Kiki's voice here, it's a mixture of sweetness, embarrassment, and the hardship of a cold, and it's kind of sexy. Satisfaction Level: ★★★★ .
