The mouthfeel is refreshing. It retains a little of the mildness typical of nama-shu, and is slightly acidic but also sweet. The aftertaste is not unpleasantly alcoholic, but it is the type that makes you drink more and more, and when you realize it, you are drunk. It is delicious.
