I've been drinking the sweet stuff for a while, so I was hoping for something a little more crispy, Keitora.
It was crisp, but with a strong junmai-like richness and umami, and less of the impression of being full and light.
Freshness of freshly squeezed sake and crisp dryness.
It is easy to drink while keeping a tight grip, even though you should be tired of drinking since the end of the year.
It's been a while since I've had Keitora, but it's delicious!
