This is a different sake from the previous one, even from the same brewery.
Since it is an unfiltered sake, it has a weighty and tasty taste, although it is becoming more matured.
I made it to the tasting, but there were several sold out drinks.
Nakashimaya was also sold out, so we were only allowed to taste it.
Unlike Nakashimaya, which has a melon-like sweet flavor and a heavy impression, Nakashimaya is fruity, slightly modern and light!

Cold. Drinking warmed sake.
It is quite thick and cloudy. Aroma of fermented dairy products. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like yogurt. It really is yogurt (unsweetened). Rice is crumbly, and when you chew it, you can taste the slight sweetness of rice. A little bitterness and astringency. Slightly effervescent.
Purchased at Mitsukan-ya in front of Iwakuni Station.
I was only going to stop in Yamaguchi Prefecture on my way to the San-in region, but I ended up buying a lot of other things.

It gently pours away the fat from the gyoza dumplings.
It is a sake to be drunk slowly and leisurely.
