This is a new sake from this year at a liquor store that is a bit far from my house.
On the first day of opening the bottle, I wondered if it was a slightly habitual sake with a weak spicy and astringent taste.
I thought it might be a little habitual,
I thought it might be a little peculiar, but I put some leftover sake in between,
On the third day after opening the bottle, the umami flavor increased, the bitterness disappeared, and the weakest spiciness became delicious,
After that, it was good without any change,
It was a delicious sake that I could enjoy the change in taste.
I'm going to take a break from beer today.
I've been buying more and more bottles of beer lately, so I don't get a chance to drink beer very often,
