The customer sitting next to me was drinking it and it looked delicious, so I ordered one myself!
This one also had a fruity apple aroma on the palate, and you could taste the umami of Omachi, but it wasn't heavy and it was very refreshing 🧐.
It was a well-balanced sake with a characteristic acidity and umami that was both modern and classic 😊.
