The umami is amazing!
Slightly sour and refreshing, then the umami spreads and ummmm!
Easy to drink and delicious!
Is it because it's a draft sake? It's tangy on the tongue, which is also good!
I love this one!
I bought it and it was forgotten in the cellar. Finally opened the bottle. It has a slight sweetness like white wine and a refreshing acidity. It is a wine-like liquor.
Miyamanishiki.
It has been a long time since we met.
It is mild around the perimeter.
Immediately after, it has a rich umami flavor and a mineral feeling.
The spiciness and umami lingered until the aftertaste.
Hakone Drink Comparison Set ①.
On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki.
It was the most gorgeous and easy to drink of all. As expected of Matsumidori! I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious!
It has a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and goes well with strong flavored foods. It went well with saikyo yaki and sesame soy milk nabe!
