It's been a while since I've had Miyakanmei: ❗️
I've had the seasonal nigori that comes out in winter, but this is my first time drinking the standard Miyakanume 😅.
It's a daiginjo, but the aroma is subdued!
It's not so much fruity.
It's more like a Japanese sweetness and flavor. ❗️
The umami is strong and there is a hint of bitterness: ❗️
The aftertaste is also refreshing and goes well with meals👍.
I've only had a few Miyaganbai, so this is a brand I'd like to try more of in the future 😊.
Exchange item with Tsuyodai: ❗️
Miyaganbai you asked for😊.
Thank you 😊
Not nigori 😆
Soft aroma
It's sweet and tasty with a touch of lactic acidity 😊.
It was still delicious ❗️
Satisfaction: ★★★★★
We went to Sake Masaruya in Machida to try Miyakanbai, which Sakewa recommends as similar to Jyushidai.
When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma.
In the mouth, strong sweetness, umami, and sourness rush in, and it is crisp without bitterness.
It is delicious!
Even when used as a food sake, it is delicious with food and sake without bitterness or other unpleasant tastes.
Is it like a Jyushidai? I have a slightly different impression.
Jyushidai is a bit more emerald-like or greenish melon-like, but this Miyakanbai is not melon-like.
It shares the same sweet and sour taste with Jyushiro, but I think this sweet and sour taste is more similar to Kangiku's. It is sweet but sour.
It is sweet but has a sourness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
The price of 3300 yen including tax for a jun-dai of this quality is a great value.
It is a pity that I could not find it in Sendai even though I have been there many times.
I know it's not exactly sake, but please add it to the list!
Sake breweries like Houou Mita, Tenmei, and others have always sent out fruit-themed sake🍶, but I didn't know that about Miyakanbai!
A peach that is a peach extraordinaire
Not just a sweet peach.
It has freshness, sweetness, bitterness, and
Fruitiness floods the palate.
I'm always drinking, and my wife forgives me for it.
My wife is also pleased with it.
This is the first time I have purchased fire-brewed sake. The taste is naturally more subdued and less sweet than the nama sake, but it has a refined taste. It goes well with a side dish.

Transferred the data of the separate management.
They said it goes well with seafood.
Here's what the restaurant offered us...
"Junmai Super Dry" from Miyakanbai.
It was named "Suntetsu" with the image of a sake that pierces your heart with its sharpness and gusto in one sip.
I heard that it was named "Suntetsu" in reference to the image of a sake that pierces your heart with a gusto.
The taste is refreshing, but the spiciness spreads afterwards,
The spiciness spread later.
Today, it's limited. Earlier, limited to the warehouse.
This is Miyagi Prefecture only😄😄😄😄
Sweet and fruity 😋!
Super delicious 👍👍👍👍
Maybe I'm just a sucker for the word "limited edition" 😆😆.
Actually, it was Miyakanbai that got me hooked on sake. I'm not sure if I'm just a sucker for the word "limited" or not 😁😁😁😁.
Once again, I love sake. ☺️☺️
I'm aiming to conquer the whole country with sake 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Good evening, Swissisu San 🦉.
I've never seen this label before 😻I'm jealous that it's Miyaganbai, but it's limited! I can't go out to buy it so I drink it outside but it's delicious 〰〰:COPY00
Masaaki Sapporo, thank you very much for liking our site ‼︎
I'm very happy to see your first comment, and since you like Miyaganbai, if you happen to be in Miyagi, please try it if you find it!
