hoshiakiYamahai Junmai Nama-nihonjyu 🍶Hatsu Shibori✨. Easy to drink and easy to resist 😆. It goes well with fried Mexicali 👍. The umami of the first pressing too. Might not go well with flatfish sashimi. It's very good with salted sockeye salmon 👍Some bitterness with Sumika sashimi. Sea and @Takadanobaba 20231229

りゅうぱぱI drank it with the image of a standard Koganezawa, but it was outrageous 😆 It was so fresh, with the sweetness of the rice flavor and the sourness and bitterness, it was like a grapefruit 🍊(🍊)🍊(🍊)🍊(🍊) I'm not sure if I'd notice Yamahai if I were blind tasted 😁. I'm not sure if I'd recognize it as yamahai if I was blindfolded, but this lactic acidity is yamahai? 😅 Personal rating 8/10 points

悠At Nihon Shu-Tsubaki in Jujo, Tokyo. 100% Hitomebore" from Miyagi Prefecture is used. It goes in smoothly. It comes in quickly, with a strong kick later on. Bitterness and sourness. Date of production: July 2023

N.E. I thought it would be heavy because of the Yamahai brewing, but it has a mid-position taste that you can drink quickly and easily. It has a strong sake taste, but the mouthfeel is soft and nice 😋.

りゅうぱぱWe started this year's drinking at the wife's parents' house and with the standard all-year-round local sake 😊. It's more classic than modern, with a soft mouthfeel and a mellow flavor that spreads out softly 🤤. My brother-in-law and I finished the four-pack in no time 🤤. Delicious at a wide range of temperatures and a candidate for our next camping sake 🏕. Personal rating 7.5/10 points
