tomicoMellow sake. It has a mysterious aroma! I don't know what to call it...a vegetal aroma? The flavor is concentrated and robust. It was a bit hard to drink by itself, but it is delicious as a food sake!

たがーる*.+Limited Jurakudai Sweet at first! Different from refreshing? It's soooo sweet! It's sweet...doesn't it change? At the end, there's a hint of spiciness or cleanness that's typical of sake, but it's really subtle. As you continue drinking, the balance comes out! Round and sweet? But not round at the end!

たがーる*.+Standard Jurakudai This is a similar strain, but a bit cleaner or spicier! The first mouthfeel is sweet! Like the air you breathe! The first mouthfeel of this one is round! I wonder if it finishes clean?

まるこ○ ○ Umakuchi. Sweet taste, The umami of rice can be tasted well. Mild, but with a crisp aftertaste. Easy to drink. Can be drunk without any preparation. Refreshing, with a strong alcohol taste.

森康央On my way home from work, I spotted it in a temporary store space at a transfer station and bought it on impulse 😰. I had never heard of this drink. When poured, it has a slightly yellowish color. The aroma has a ginjo aroma. Slight acidity. The spreading flavor is like lightly salted squid 😎. The aftertaste is glossy and slightly sweet, like grilled squid 😚. I can't think of a slightly similar sake 😉.
