Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Sake rice: Nipponharu
At a local sake bar, this is only the second sake I've had, but it was close to closing time, so I had to leave!
The top, probably not so common in Tokyo, but this one seems to be a very popular aroma.
The top is fresh and sweet, like rumney or green apple!
It lingers a bit through the middle and has a clean aftertaste!
Nice!
Yamadanishiki 60% polished rice
Sake degree -22.1 degrees!
Slightly effervescent
The aroma is slightly banana, a little dine
Ramune, plum syrup, grape sensation
Rich, sweet and sour
Perhaps because of the acidity of 2.8, it doesn't feel too sweet for its sake level.
For some reason, it goes well with grilled seaweed.
It also goes well with persimmon peas.
The jacket is stylish. It has a strong alcohol smell and a dry taste. When you roll it around on your tongue, the bitterness and miscellaneous tastes spread over the whole mouth.
I would like to have something to eat with this. Unlike the label, it is a powerful sake in the traditional sense. It is amazing that it has a complex flavor despite being a junmai (pure rice) sake.
Fine bubbles, gentle sweetness and deliciousness, with a nice bitterness that extends well.
When the cloudiness settles down, I'll drink only the supernatant.
8/10
It's kind of nice to have Makiage in the bar!
And this special junmai is also good.
Green apple and muscat aroma with acidity.
There is an impression that the lingering taste is long and extends firmly to the end.
The bitterness in the latter half is also nice.
I feel that this spec is one of the best in Makami.
I bought this sake at a liquor store in Tenroku after the Ogimachi Park event with Nemuchi. I was curious about the sake Nemuchi-san bought, but here it is this time!
I was attracted by the power word, "bag suspension" 😁.
After opening the bottle, the lees didn't mix, so when I stirred it, it spewed out at a high rate 😅The aroma is nice. It tastes like muskmelon with a bit of bitterness at the end.
The first one I drank was a special junmai kunokumi and it was my favorite 🤔.
bouken-san, good evening 😃You're right, I would buy it if it was said to be bagged 😅I also drank the yellow labeled one of Mr. Makami, it was quite tasty and memorable 👍.
Good morning, bouken! I've had a few different kinds of makami out there, and I too think the special pure direct pumping is delicious 😆 but they are all pretty tasty. ☺️
Hello bouken 😀
I just recently had a saké from here and once again realized how delicious it is, but I would like to look for more saké that I found even more delicious 😇.
Spring Sake & Nigorinpic1️⃣ 3️⃣
Today's sake is from Ibaraki Prefecture and is called Magami-san 😀.
The owner of Hata Sake Shop, which I've been working with recently, recommended this sake to me as it is absolutely delicious 😇.
The owner knows that I love Shinshu Kamerei and recommended it to me, so there is no doubt about it 😀.
It is a muddy sake, but the supernatant was removed without incident 😇.
The aroma is melon, but the supernatant after being brought to room temperature was quite dry and robust tasting 🤣.
However, after mixing the lees and making muddy sake, it tastes more like melon 😇.
But because of the dryness of the supernatant, it was a great melon sake with a sharp taste that did not interfere with the meal 😇.
Good morning, Yasbay 😃!
Oh, I see you went for Ibaraki sake 🍶! You went for the Ibaraki sake 🍶🤗You can't go wrong with a recommendation from your favorite liquor store👍.
I'm curious about the sharp melon🍈 style! I'll make a note of it, Mr. Makami 😊.
Good morning Yasbay 😃
I also bought here at a different store 😁.
I'm looking forward to hearing that it's a melon 🍈 but is it not very sweet?
I envy you that the owner remembers your face 🥺.
Hi Rafa papa 😀
I'm the liquor store you told me about, and I've been showing up at least once a week to talk to you, and it's helping me to learn a little bit more about you 😇.
I'd love to join your patrol sometime 🤣.
Hi bouken 😀
I thought it was a combination of melon and green apple 🤣.
Not only was it sweet, but it had a nice kick with a spiciness from the sourness 😇
I go there once a week and they finally let me know when they have a special 🤣.
Hello Yasbay 🐦.
The nigori looks delicious! The hi-iri also had a melon🍈feeling, but I bet it has more and is sweeter too 😻It's still a good nigori 😻❣️
Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
Pon-chan, you drank the hi-ire sake, didn't you?
I think this sake is of course delicious hi-ire, but the raw muddy sake is really tasty, so if you have a chance, please do it 😀.
