Today I'm drinking a drink I first learned about at a restaurant I visited for the first time during the course of my workday!
The aroma is fruity.
The mouthfeel is tangy and then you can taste the flavor of the rice.
It is tangy on the palate, but finishes well.
It goes well with a strong meal and is easy to drink.
Since it is a draft sake, it has a temperature of 17 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much!
We enjoyed it very much.
Sake made with Hanafuki.
It has a strong umami flavor and strong bitterness.
The bitterness was a bit overwhelming at first, but as I got used to drinking it, I gradually began to taste the sweetness.
When paired with sashimi, the bitterness is lost and it is delicious.
It goes especially well with the sweetness of shellfish.
Date of production: December 2021
When you open your mouth, you will smell the sweet aroma of koji malt.
The mellow sweetness spreads and gives a mellow impression.
It is a delicious sake with a soft, thick texture.
Sudden cold and rainy weather
A small reminder of our trip to Aomori...
Umu-mu-mu-mu-mu!
It's the impact of the gutsy raw sake! I feel like I've been drinking a lot of strong-flavored sake lately lol.
The aroma is beautiful, so I can drink more of it than I thought I could... dangerous lol.
I received this as a souvenir on my way home from Hachinohe.
The aroma of koji malt is typical of nama-shu.
It has a mild and soft taste in the mouth.
It is a sake from Aomori, after all.
It has a deep flavor and is delicious.
It has a citrus-derived aroma and acidity. It also has a juicy flavor typical of nama-zake.
It is good before a meal, but it is also good as an in-between-dinner drink as it goes very well with food.
Matching with Ate (Japanese hors d'oeuvre)
Aiko ◎
Fried radish's leaf
Asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables)
Tuna sashimi
Personal Favorite ★★★★+☆☆☆☆
Recommended by a local liquor store in Hachinohe.
The taste is as expected.
Fruity aroma and a richness that I would describe as "doshiri".
Aomori's sake with a different character from Tasake and Toyobai....
