Hachitsuruはちつる 純米吟醸無ろ過生
まつちよ
This will be the first souvenir of my trip to Aomori.
Last month, I drank a delicious Hakutsuru at a nearby izakaya that sells Aomori, and secured it there.
I drank it again at home.
The first aroma is fruity, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sourness, sweetness, and richness.
It is difficult to explain this sourness, sweetness, and richness, but it has a richness and umami like the sweet and sour sauce in Ousho's Tenshinhan (fried rice) 🍛 (sorry for the weird analogy).
But it's sharp and goes well with strong dishes 🍶.
If you can find a bar in Aomori that sells Hachinohe, they probably have it on tap, so please try it 🐣.
