Drinking at home. 2015BY, 2017 bottled.
Light yellow in color. At room temperature, the sense of maturity is surprisingly modest and easy to drink, but it has a hard, closed feeling.
When heated to 60°C, the softness and sweetness increase and it has a nice sharpness. It has a good balance and is clearly more suited to warming up. It is a good match for meat dishes.

The second bottle of the Sanin Sake Heated Sake Tasting Tournament continued with a Junmai sake from Suwaizumi.
Purchased in May 2020.
It was produced in December 2012, aged 7 years at the liquor store to a mountain yellow color, and 10 years old.
The coloring has advanced considerably👍.
Caramel-like ripe sheen even at room temperature.
When heated up, it is still hot and fragrant, with a unique matured aroma and acidity that is addictive and appealing.
The powerful umami comes through with a sharp sharp edge.
Oh, it is powerful and fragrant 😊.
Suwaizumi is a sake from Tottori Prefecture, not Nagano Prefecture.
It's a brewery that any lover of heated sake, such as Hiroshi Uehara or Shinkame, will definitely find their way to.

Suwaizumi is definitely good for heated sake, though,
Suwaizumi recommends to drink it chilled (at room temperature).
It has a hint of caramel and a glossy taste.
I thought it would be better to warm it up, but I kept the rest at room temperature.

It is labeled as a butler's label, which means "a butler will be there for her (you) when you are tired from work and the world".
The "W Watermelon" on the label refers to the world's first watermelon koji and watermelon yeast developed by Tottori Prefecture and the first of its kind in Japan.

Sour aroma, more sour than watermelon🍉. Unique sweetness, sour and rich. The flavor is somehow watermelon🍉 and thick.
The alcohol content is -32, so I wondered how sweet it would be, but it's not too sweet, and it's delicious!
On the second day, the overall flavor is softer. When I drink it again, I can see the acidity stands out.
On this day, I drank it with sweet and spicy side dishes. It drank like a delicious junmai sake with the sweetness taken out, which was ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
On the third day, I tried it with soda water as it was recommended! The recommended 1:1 didn't taste like much sake, so I drank it 3:1 😆.
It was very tasty 😆 ❣️
After leaving the brewery, we went sightseeing in Tsuyama.
Tsuyama Castle, which is one of the most famous castles in Japan, the townscape of heavily-renovated buildings, the railroad museum of learning with its fan-shaped engine house, etc.â
I had a delicious hormone udon for lunch at Hashino Shokudo 💕.
It was a very enjoyable trip🎶.

On the second day of my trip to Tottori, I went to Suwa Sake Brewery's direct sales store!
In addition to sake and other goods, there were many posters of Natsuko's sake on display. The reason for this is because of the connection between the words left behind by the brewery's peng and toji (master brewer)!
