Good evening.
I am always grateful for your help.
Mr. Ohbuchi from Nishi-Hashimoto 💨
My wife said she felt something
I'm sure she feels something...
Don't be silly 🤣
I'll buy it anyway...
Mr. Ohbuchi...
It's a "pretty gutsy" type of sake...
If it's gentler than Kikuhime's Yamahai Unfiltered...
It'll be fine🙆
Well...
Well... it's not as guttural as I expected, but...
Gbiggity... soooo... fluffy (sweetness)
Crikey! ‼️ Oops... (lol) my favorite 🤣
Delicious 😋!
I heard that this sake was made to go with edamame. Very refreshing. It also blows away the salty taste of grilled mackerel and soy sauce!
Good to drink with something!
Might not be enough on its own. ⁉️
I thought it would be a mellow sake because of the specifications: strong rice, 18% alcohol by volume, dry and unblended, but it has a smooth, umami taste with a sweetness that is not harsh. It goes well with various snacks. It is delicious!
Sake rice: 100% Tanaka farm-grown strong rice
Rice polishing ratio→55%.
Alcohol content→18 degrees Celsius
Yeast → Association No. 9 yeast
This time it is Suwaizumi's Rabbit label. This sake is from Tottori.
It is a junmai sake that has been aged for two summers and is a standard sake.
The label was drawn by "Frog Studio" in Hoki-cho, Tottori Prefecture, and the rabbit, composed and drawn of plants, animals, and fungi, is based on the "White Rabbit of Inaba".
It is served at room temperature.
Yellowish tint.
Aroma of soy sauce and dried shiitake mushrooms.
It has a mild mouthfeel. It has a base of matured Sanin sake-like flavor, but it has a good balance of mild sweetness of rice spreading from bitter brown rice, acidity with matured umami, and a good bitter sharpness, and is overall neatly put together and easy to drink!
When warmed up, the peculiar part of the matured aroma (which is not so much) settles down and the umami and acidity become more defined and the taste tightens up👍.
During my GW Sanin trip, I found Suwaizumi's Sandesi at a Montbell store just before the trailhead of Daisen and took it home immediately.
If it was this good, I should have bought a bigger one 😭.
Hi Hirupeko😃
The first half of Inaba no Shirousagi 🐰 is a scary story 😨We had Mantenboshi at Suwa Shuzo 😋 Kochira has a label with a modern art feel! It was such a delicious bottle ‼️ I'm curious!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby. The White Rabbit of Inaba sure is scary😱I'm also curious about the full star! I see that it is aged for two summers, which is quite grinding. I'd like to drink it next time!
