It has a pleasant texture on the tongue, and the thickening sensation is amazing! It's just the way I like it. As expected from the name of the master brewer!

Honshukan part2! Elegant sweetness and flavor, the word "gorgeous" is the perfect word for this sake 🍶It was so good that I poured three coins into it! I wanted to drink it with a meal because it is slightly sweet but has a clean aftertaste that doesn't tail off 🌾9/10

I thought it was good yesterday and had another! Mm-hmm! Clear and clean! I thought it would be more fruity, but it's so clear and clean. But there's a hint of sweetness, too.
