Sake for yakitori with sauce at a yakitori and wine restaurant.
It smells strong.
Alcohol in the form of candy store bananas, deep rice flavor and aroma.
It has a mild sweetness like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) seasoning.
It doesn't expand from the attack,
The bitterness tightens it up, so it is not too strong.
Straightforward and clean.
Best matched with shigureni-style stewed chicken motsu.
It is a food sake that lives up to its label.

Taste level 3.5/5
Preference 65%.
Color Pale yellow
Aroma: Rich and heavy, as if it were an old wine.
Taste: The strong aroma is overpowered by the taste. After the aroma is gone, there is a slight sweetness, followed by sourness. The aftertaste is spicy from the alcohol.
Overall impression: Not my favorite sake because it is far from the Junmai Daiginjo that I expected. It may be good for those who like old sake.
Having been recognized as a sake lover, I opened a bottle of Omachi Junmai Daiginjo from "Tamanomitsu" that I received.
From the first sip, it had a strong umami flavor and an honest taste that made my throat tighten. Although it is a junmai daiginjo, the umami comes to the fore rather than the flamboyance, and when served cold, it gives the impression of an honest young man who can't lie.
We started heating it up this year, as it is recommended to be served lukewarm. When heated, it gives the impression of a soft, honest young man with a gentle smile.
A bottle to enjoy the different impressions of how to drink sake. Delicious: ❗️
I was in a department store that had a "hiyaoroshi" section and selected this bottle.
Apparently, hiyaoroshi is sake squeezed in early spring, matured during the summer, and shipped in the fall. I learned a lot about it!
The aroma is not that strong and the mouthfeel is fresh.
It is slightly dry with a hint of sweetness.
It is very easy to drink without any habits!
It was delicious!
