Arikato" is sold under a different concept in both sake quality and labeling from their representative brand "Eikofuji" 😄.
I was dared to correct the mistake when ordering 😅.
Last holiday, we went to ♨♨ at Atsumi onsen in Yamagata Prefecture❣️.
We were a couple 👫 with no water ‼️(in the hot spring) 🤣.
Relaxing in a guest room with an open-air bath (...-ω-)．
It was a nice hot water with a faint scent of sulfur 🎶.
The sake had a faint, pleasant ginjo aroma and an elegant, smooth rice flavor.
Unlike Eiko-Fuji, it is a little lighter and cleaner 😁.
But maybe a little short 😅💦.
It goes down your throat without getting tired of drinking, and the aftertaste is short and snappy 🤣.

This is a limited edition sake from a different brewery🎶.
I bought it when I went to Atsumi Onsen last month😁.
It was released in December last year😅.
I can't find it on the website 😎.
The aroma is fruity and very sweet like the Eikoh Fuji 😋.
In the mouth the taste is very sweet and rice-y as the aroma😋
And as I was drinking it...
It switches to a light and dry taste at once😮.
I'm not sure if it's from the same brewery as Eikoh Fuji. I can't believe it😅.
(Eikoh Fuji is delicious as Eikoh Fuji, but it doesn't have the image of being crisp and clean)
Compare with Mimurosugi (2nd day)
Mimurosugi has a good balance but
but the sharpness from sweet taste is Arikato.
Conclusion
Both of them are delicious!
Sorry for my rant.
Anyway, is it my imagination that the pace of drinking after September seems very, very bad? 😱
