Woah! Yamagata Prefecture! I like !!!! It's sweet and heavy from the start! I wonder if it will get spicier as you drink it. It also has a slight effervescence! Is it spicy? It's firm! Fruity as you drink it! I like it!

Arikato Junmai Daiginjo This is a limited edition sake from the Fuji Shuzo brewery of our favorite Eiko-Fuji. It doesn't have the gassiness of Eiko-Fuji, so the sweetness stands out a bit, but it's still juicy and gorgeous. It's delicious 😊Arikatou!

Yeah, I like this one too. Ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples It was recommended to me by a liquor store. When I tell him how I like it, he tells me what's good at that time of year. Thank you. https://www.hoshikuma.jp/

It's sweet ...... or maybe medium. It is said that this sake brewery is a descendant of Kiyomasa Kato. It has a delicious flavor. I think this is the first time I have had this brand, but I would like to drink it again!

Taste 85 Color Colorless and transparent Aroma: The gorgeousness typical of Junmai Daiginjyo and the freshness of the raw ingredients can be felt as indicated on the label. Taste: When chilled, it is raw in a bad way. The gorgeousness of the daiginjo is lost. After a while, when it warms up a little, the sweetness becomes extremely strong. It is interesting to note that the taste changes drastically with the change in temperature. Overall Comment It is a matter of taste, but I feel that the goodness of raw sake is lost when it is a Daiginjo class.
