Originally, he was just Mr. Kato, apparently. They have been pre owned for a few years now. 🙄. A corporation? 🤣 and I wanted to tsk tsk but the old man at the liquor store, dizzy and eager to explain, was too worried that I might fall down to get the story. 🤷‍♀️ Dewanosato 🌾 / Polishing 60 / Yamagata yeast The initial aroma is mildly gin-like. It has a muscat-like aroma right after opening the bottle, but after a few days at room temperature, it has hints of lychee and guava 😍❤️ It is like tonic water and makes you forget that it is a sake. It is lighter than the Eikoufuji from the same brewery, with a hint of bitterness and aroma. It has a slim body that would be good during a meal, but the unique aroma makes it enjoyable on its own as well. ❣️ Refreshing with white mapo tofu with a hint of yuzu pepper 😋. It would also go well with curry and other dishes! Glenmorangie and sensory déjà vu 🥃, which I've been into lately. Sake that I haven't taken the time to enjoy in a while 🍶.

Arikato This is "Eikoufuji", or "Eikoufuji" in Japanese. Contrary to the appearance on the label, it tastes like Eiko Fuji!

Until today, I did not know that this sake is from the same brewery as Eiko Fuji. I still have a lot to learn. It has a refreshing citrusy aroma and taste. The aftertaste is also refreshing and very easy to drink. Watery.

Score ☆☆☆☆ Arikato" is sold under a different concept in both sake quality and labeling from their representative brand "Eikofuji" 😄. I was dared to correct the mistake when ordering 😅. Last holiday, we went to ♨♨ at Atsumi onsen in Yamagata Prefecture❣️. We were a couple 👫 with no water ‼️(in the hot spring) 🤣. Relaxing in a guest room with an open-air bath (...-ω-)． It was a nice hot water with a faint scent of sulfur 🎶. The sake had a faint, pleasant ginjo aroma and an elegant, smooth rice flavor. Unlike Eiko-Fuji, it is a little lighter and cleaner 😁. But maybe a little short 😅💦. It goes down your throat without getting tired of drinking, and the aftertaste is short and snappy 🤣.

On Mother's Day, my oldest son sent me two bottles of Nabeshima and ☺️✨✨. Putting Nabeshima aside 🌸 Arikato 🍶It seems to be a limited edition of a new brand of sake 🍶 that subtly conveys gratitude 😊. A day late to open the bottle 😁It smells so sweet and apple-like ✨When I drank it, it was moderately sweet but the rich umami flavor lingered in my mouth and it was so delicious. ̑̑◡・̑๑) I usually drink from my husband's big glass, but since it was my gift, I was very reserved and sipped it in a small glass 🤣. I was such a lazy mother to give him a gift of alcohol❣️laughs
