Mr. Masushin.
A little apple aroma. Eiko Fuji no Ouzo.
It has a slightly astringent taste from sweetness and cut by acidity.
We enjoyed it with grilled chicken, grilled vegetables, consomme soup with mushrooms and bacon, and pickled radish and carrots. It is sweet but has a nice sharpness and acidity,
It is a delicious sake that can be served with any dishes.
It is a dangerous sake with a strength of more than 16 degrees Celsius, which will soon disappear.
The taste in the mouth is lightly sweet with a dry aftertaste.
I'd like to share this review with you because you seem to know more about it and the expressions in the review were very helpful.

Yamagata Prefecture, Tsuruoka City. Fuji Sake Brewery Co.
Limited edition, Arikato Junmai Daiginjo.
Purchased at Kinoshita Meishujiya, which bouken-san took me to on the way back from the Shimane Sake Fair.
Mr. Bouken informed me that it was not the usual Eiko-Fuji that I had imagined before I bought it.
I had it cold.
The aroma is gorgeous and sweet like Eiko-Fuji, as usual.
The mouthfeel is clear with a sense of hardness, and the sweetness is gradually felt on the tongue.
The sweetness and umami that usually leaves the nose after swallowing does not spread at all, and it goes on clear and finishes sharply.

It's good, but I still like the usual Eiko-Fuji, not my favorite 😅.

Polishing ratio: 50
Yeast used: Association 10 yeast
Alcohol Content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
When drunk chilled, it has a slightly tangy thirst. It has a strong fruity flavor, and I think it is a little bit difficult to choose the right partner. However, the mellow aroma is very good, so I would like you to try it.
It is easy to drink even for those who do not drink sake. Bimi!
Originally, he was just Mr. Kato, apparently.
They have been pre owned for a few years now. 🙄.
A corporation? 🤣 and I wanted to tsk tsk but the old man at the liquor store, dizzy and eager to explain, was too worried that I might fall down to get the story. 🤷♀️
Dewanosato 🌾 / Polishing 60 / Yamagata yeast
The initial aroma is mildly gin-like.
It has a muscat-like aroma right after opening the bottle, but after a few days at room temperature, it has hints of lychee and guava 😍❤️
It is like tonic water and makes you forget that it is a sake.
It is lighter than the Eikoufuji from the same brewery, with a hint of bitterness and aroma.
It has a slim body that would be good during a meal, but the unique aroma makes it enjoyable on its own as well. ❣️
Refreshing with white mapo tofu with a hint of yuzu pepper 😋.
It would also go well with curry and other dishes!
Glenmorangie and sensory déjà vu 🥃, which I've been into lately.
Sake that I haven't taken the time to enjoy in a while 🍶.
Until today, I did not know that this sake is from the same brewery as Eiko Fuji. I still have a lot to learn.
It has a refreshing citrusy aroma and taste. The aftertaste is also refreshing and very easy to drink. Watery.
Good evening, Mr. Gras!
Thank you for the other day 🙌 and please come again 😄.
I see it's the same brewery as Eiko Fuji 😲 Is that possible? I've never had it so I'd like to try it ✨.
I'm becoming a watery user, aren't I? I like it 😎 lol
Hello, my subordinate 🐤! Thanks for the late night ramen the other night! Arikatou, you can usually find it at H liquor stores, if you have a chance. Watery, it's easy to use, so that's a big help lol.
Thank you for your comment, staggered legs. I also noticed it in the cap. It had a dry taste, didn't it? I haven't had Eiko Fuji for a long time, so I wanted to compare the two 🍶.
