Limited edition sake from the brewery.
We got a limited edition sake from the brewer of Eiko Fuji.
It was easier to drink than the Junmai Ginjo I had a while ago, and I thought it was a more dangerous sake.
It's probably better suited for winter with a hot pot than in the summer.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it (^^).
Raw rice: 100% Dewa no Sato
Rice polishing rate: 60%.
Alcohol content: 15-16%.
This is a limited edition sake from the Eikoh Fuji Sake Brewery (^^)
I have a weakness for limited editions, and I also bought the Junmai Daiginjo of this one to compare drinks (^^).
It is a typical Japanese sake.
It has a strong aroma of rice and a strong flavor, and it is very drinkable. I drank it in summer, but it is better to drink it in winter with a hot pot. It has a good taste that is hard to beat.
