Hakutsuru is a Nada sake, but this one is only 8 degrees alcohol. It's not a strange one, it's a straight up 8% 😆.

But when you drink it, it tastes somewhere between sake and wine.

It's quite sweet. The mouthfeel is definitely like white wine, but the aftertaste is sweet with rice.
