The accompanying milt will bring out the full-bodied flavor.

Today's is Junmai Ginjo.
But the rice is polished to 50, so it's really a daiginjo🤤.

Definitely a delicious cup!

The jacket is stylish and looks easy to drink 😆.
The rice used is "Kitsushizuku" from Hokkaido.
This one is quite dry and full-bodied.
The palate has an atmosphere that is not overpowered by the food, but has a pleasant aftertaste.
Personally, I found it an excellent match for cheese. 😄
