Hokkaido. Kameda-gun. Hakodate brewery Ltd.
Goho Junmai Ginjo Ichibi Polished 50%.
Purchased at the Hokkaido store in Kintetsu Department Store during a visit to Abeno during the Bon Festival.
I had it cold.
There was a faint sizzling sound when the bottle was opened.
The color is clear and slightly greenish yellow.
The nose has a sweet aroma of firm, ripe fruit.
The mouthfeel is round with a slightly chili acidity and sweetness wrapped around it.
There is little sweetness, and the mild umami of the rice can be felt, with a spiciness that spreads after swallowing.
The aftertaste is light. There is a slight tingle on the tongue and a slightly astringent taste, but the aftertaste is short and clean.
The taste is exactly what one would expect from a comet.
I like the logo on the crown cap, which is excellent.

It was a fun place to tour.
I made it just for fun and it was better than I expected, so I said I could make a daiginjo.
The sake is clean, dry, and easy to drink.
