[Returning home to my hometown, part 2
[The second drink at Sake 47 Todofuken was a little bit of what my friend was drinking.
Shinshin Junmai Ginjo Bottle Enclosure
[I had found a store that sold this sake when I drove to Tsuruga and was planning to buy it next time, but I had to try it first 🥰.
The aroma of ginjo is clean and refreshing, the mouthfeel is clean and delicious, the finish is sharp and clean, and there is a strong bitterness at the back of the throat at the end.
I remember the "Winter Moon" that I drank before was like this 🤔.
Paired with [Sake Kasu Oden] and [Roasted Kishu Duck] 🍴.
You can feel the sweetness of the rice, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
The rice is made in a very careful and elegant way, including the use of a medium-high-quality rice cake.
I went to my usual liquor store and grabbed three bottles of what I wanted, and when I muttered that I wanted to try this one too, my wife said she would buy it for me as a birthday present.
It is a sake from the annual New Sake Competition.
It was a beautiful sake with a refreshing acidity and sweetness, and although it was 17.5 degrees Celsius, it didn't make me feel it.
Thank you very much.
At a sake meeting where you have to be careful about opening the bottle.
Slightly sparkling and refreshing. My favorite.
Here are some quotes

This is a pure rice ginjo brewed with 58% polished "Akebono" satoumi rice from Okayama prefecture, and only the middle portion is bottled.
It is an attractive nigori sake characterized by a thick mouthfeel and refreshing sweetness, with a crisp aftertaste that makes it a natural choice for sipping.
Since the yeast is still alive and gas is always being produced, there is a hole on the top of the cap for venting gas. Care must be taken when opening the bottle, as it may leak when turned on its side.
It is a rare sake that is usually fire-aged, but only once a year is it released as a pure sake.
It has a good acidity and umami flavor. It was quite delicious!
In a wine glass
This is delicious 🥰The ginjo aroma alone is endless✨.
I read the label and it says it's for a competition, so it's very rare, but I'm glad I bought it!
I went to Shinbashi with my volunteer friends to beat the heat.
I continued my attack on western Japan. While I still have my memory.
God-binding.
No memory, for notes.
Satoumi rice used.
