This year, too, the season of doburoku has come! Twelve Roku Sweet and Sour Awaraku This is a doburoku that is sold only from October to March every year, and is one that we always repeat! It is a doburoku that retains its sludgy taste and the shape of the rice when poured into a glass. When you take a sip, the "amasan awaraku" (sweet, sour, and sweet sake) is a real treat! The rich sweetness of the rice, the bubbling sensation that pops when you crush the rice grains with your tongue, and the refreshing acidity are exquisite! I have had many doburoku, but it is hard to find a flavor I like better than this one, I'm looking forward to seeing how many times I can repeat this year! Rice polishing ratio: undisclosed Alcohol content: 5%.

Doburoku recommended by a friend. 4 per and low al, sweet and sour, like fruit yogurt The sweetness of rice like amazake is gentle to the body Easy to drink, so gobble it up! Gulp it down again instead of drinking it as a sweet! I think I'm going to run out soon🤣.

This is a limited edition brewery-opening version. According to the description, "We brewed Jyuniroku with 99% koji and 1% rice. The aroma is like Delaware or Kyoho grapes. Sweet. Sour. Bubbles and bubbles. Light alcohol. Reminds me of grape-flavored soda jelly. I finish it in an instant. Takeju Sake Brewery in Saku, which makes Gyoenchiku, will open its brewery on April 22-23. The brewery is located in a magnificent house along the old Nakasendo Road. The historical building with a garden on the porch and displays of old sake brewing tools create a relaxed atmosphere. 500 yen allows unlimited sake tasting. There is also a 2000-year-old aged sake and a 1999-year-old kijozo-shu (noble sake). The sake is dignified.

First drink of doburoku, a popular drink at liquor stores. The specs are 5 degrees alcohol by volume, very low alcohol. I was told to be careful opening the bottle, but no problem. It has a strong "sizzling" sensation in the mouth. The rice grains are still there and it is more like chewing than drinking. The flavor is sweet, sour and fruity. It tastes like sweet and sour fruity yogurt or It is like a sweet and sour fruity yogurt or an alcoholic version of amazake, a dessert wine 😊. Since it's my day off, I eat it with fried noodles and dumplings with red bean paste. Lunchtime drinking is good for me, I might take a nap😅. home drinking 379

Hi Harry! Doburoku, it's just like dessert, and I can drink it light after lunch! This year's spring sale will be over soon, and I have a chance to rattle today, so I'd like to go buy some!

Hi Kumakichi! It really feels like dessert, doesn't it? How did you like playing "Garapon"? I played it at a sake brewery. I won with a little opposite turn I learned at Sake-no-Wawa 😅. I won 😅

Good evening, Harry! This looks like doburoku from the outside: ❗️ It has some acidity, so I think it would go well with a rich Chinese drink. It's not a food wine but a dessert wine: ⁉️

Good evening, Harry! One that can be enjoyed just as the phrase "sweet and sour bubbly" suggests! Last year I got about 3 bottles of the PET bottle one. The rattles were no good...(T_T) I really don't seem to have luck in raffles...

Good evening, Chichi! Doburoku reminds me of Yamamoto Nodo, Agabeto Ina, but with a much higher level of doburoku. It is a dessert sake because of its low alcohol content and sweet sake-like taste 😀. It is a dessert sake 😀.

Doburoku is a doburoku that is shipped only during the winter season every year. It is a sweet sake with a low alcohol content and a lot of rice grains left in it, so it feels more like eating than drinking! It is better to enjoy it as a dessert than as a drink.

I wondered what this was in a bottle that stood out on the store fridge. I bought it. Without any prior information, I drank it and was surprised to find a yogurt-like sourness and rice with a few bumps, which made my brain go "? I was so surprised that I drank it without any prior information. After that, I gathered information at Sake-no-wa and wondered, "Wow, is this doburoku, too? I wondered, and in the blink of an eye, 600 ml of it was gone. I had yakitori that day, but was it a good match or not? Did it go well with it or not? I couldn't tell. Is it suitable for an aperitif in the first season? No, no, it was delicious even when I drank the sip left in the glass after eating chocolate for dessert, so maybe it would go well with ice cream, too? Anyway, I am sure that I won't be able to get it until this time next year, lol.

At the end, I was too lazy to waste the rice and rice malt stuck to the bottle, so I poured some Shoryu Hourai into the bottle, flicked it off, and drank it. It is good on its own, but it is also fun to mix junmai sake from other breweries.
