We had soshu at Ebihara Shoten, a famous restaurant that Toda City is proud of. The owner's daughter pushed a button and it froze once, so we got half a cup of it as part of the all-you-can-drink course for 3,000 yen.
According to the owner, the taste was hard. However, it was very tasty. It was a day of great appreciation. (By the way, they serve it to customers who visit the restaurant more than three times.)
