On my way to Kumano, I stopped by Ozaki Sake Brewery.
The rice had just been steamed, and I could smell the delicious aroma of rice wafting from the storefront, so I bought a small bottle even though I was on a trip.

Classic aroma with a strong al 👀.
Taste on the palate is smooth,
The rich flavor comes with a thump.
As the temperature rises, the mild sweetness increases and the taste becomes calmer. It was easier to drink when cooled than when chilled to a crisp 🎵.

At a friend's soba noodle restaurant. This one is a little solid sake with a touch of alcohol. It is certainly good for hanami sake. We had "Ita Wasa" and "Tamago-yaki" (fried eggs). The last dish was curry Soba. Curry Soba noodles here are delicious with Keema Curry.

What is this? It's so good!
At first glance, or rather, at first taste, one would think that a light classic type of sake smell would spread out, but then a light acidity would kick in. It's like a "gup, pah, and then chop.
It's good. Seriously. If Kaiun is more of a modern mixed type, this is more of a classic mixed type.
This label also has a taste and is very impressive.
