Jiansen. We bought it at a supermarket in Shingu City. It is a bottle of shochu in a 900ml bottle, which is more than 720ml.
The top of the line shochu is also good. #Drinking at home #Drinking at night
Thick and dry. It has its own assertiveness, so I think it can be enjoyed without being overpowered by strong flavored food. I matched it with sardine tsumire nabe, which is a nabe served with a thick soy sauce-based sauce.
I bought this sake on a business trip to Wakayama.
I had no expectations at all because of the lame name, but it was quite tasty.
It has a refreshing sweetness reminiscent of citrus fruits, and it is not at all alcoholic, perhaps due to its moderate maturity.
It is a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed, so it can be enjoyed as an everyday evening sake.
Good acidity, then a nice taste.
A rare taste.
I enjoyed it!
The label is heavy and cool!
I bought it when I visited Kumano last fall.
We also stopped by the brewery.

Pacific One Cup Honjozo from Ozaki Sake Brewery, Shingu City, Wakayama Prefecture
This is a Japanese SAKE with a sharpness that will surely make dry sake drinkers groan. It goes well with all kinds of food, but today I had a half-priced fillet of sea bream, so I grilled it with salt and toasted it with a toast. It was a moment of bliss.
Buy locally🍶.
As you can imagine from the unfiltered Yamahai, you can enjoy a strong sake taste 🫠.
And yet it has the refreshing taste of junmai sake, which I think would go well with a strong-flavored meal 😋.
