Rice used is unknown
There is a bunch!
It has a very "Yamahaku" feeling.
The sense of maturity is also there.
The taste is dry, but the sweetness is spreading on the tongue.
The sharpness is not bad either.
As the temperature rises, it becomes milder.
This type of sake tastes better when it is not too cold.

The day before yesterday, I celebrated the end of work (uppp)...... and had a few beers at the end of the day at the office. ......... I could have just gone straight home, but I went to a corner bar.
I really should have just gone home, but a classmate of mine runs a snack bar, so I had a quick drink! I was so excited that I went back to the bar and started to drink .......... I don't really remember much.
I was dead for a whole day yesterday 😵💫.
I have something to say at the end of this review 💧💧.
First of all, here's a little something for you.
The aroma is mainly of a typical honjozo style, with a rich rice aroma. This much is to be expected.
However, the mouthfeel is quite fruity! A modest sense of grapes.
The alky smell that passes through the nostrils can't be helped but the classic lightness and broad body are great!
Finally...
The domestic market for sake has been declining year after year. However, overseas, the market has been on a steady rise and reached over 40 billion yen this year.
Perhaps the domestic market will continue to decline, but one day it will turn around from overseas and return to the domestic market! The next generation will surely make the charm of sake shine even brighter!
Thank you for all the 👍s this year!
Many happy returns to all sake drinkers! ............up

Hey, Pon-chan!
I just finished making rice for dinner and got settled down with a big glass of wine 💨.
It must have been quite a turbulent time for Pon-chan in the sake club, right? I'm sure it was quite a turbulent time for you, Pon-chan ☺️.

According to the brewery, it seems that overseas is the axis, which is sad.
My consumption is low because I'm a retard, but I'll try my best this year, too.

Hi 😵 I'm the last one to say "I did it" 💧.
And I left my paycheck and travel expenses with me, so I'm sorry for that 💧.
Thank you for your continued support in the new year.
Thank you, I will keep you posted on my progress.
Happy New Year to you, bebe㊗️.
I enjoyed your Shinshu tour last year.
Let's make it a great year for each other~!
This was my first visit to Shingu in Wakayama Prefecture, where I managed to secure an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) attached to a minshuku (Japanese-style inn) despite the fact that I could not find a place to stay during GW. After the beer, I ordered the next drink.
It was not cold enough to be called "chilled," but it was also good. The taste of sake was mellow and mild, with a slight acidity. Looseness? Is it the warmth of the tropics?
