It's 3/9, the day of the crop, and I don't have it on hand...
I should have left the one I bought in Mie😅.
I bought it in Wakayama about 6 years ago.
Ozaki Sake Brewery had never been out of Wakayama prefecture, but a liquor store in Osaka started doing business with them, so I went to buy some. According to the liquor store, they had already been getting it through a wholesaler before.
It seems they use a yeast found in the soil of Kumano Kodo. I like that it has a serial number 😁.
Sweet and sour, with a touch of Yamahai in the second half, but the last half is very dry!
I'm a little concerned about some off-flavor nuances...
A few hours after opening the bottle, it started to get a little smoky 🤔.
After about a week, the off-flavoriness and the smokiness are gone and it tastes better.
Ingredients: Local Kumano rice
Polishing ratio 60
A perfect sake for daily evening drinking! It went very well with sashimi, nabe, and stewed dishes rather than fatty meals.
Opened today.
The aroma is moderate, with a hint of sourness, and those who are bothered by it may choose to eat.
It is not so much a sake, but not too strong.
It may be good for those who drink sake on a regular basis to change the taste.

Happy New Year 🌅.
We look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
The postings are still from last year💦.
This is from the first time I went to Kishukan to compare drinks.
Sake
Pacific Ocean Nomiyasui
It's not sake, but
Umeshu (plum wine) is
Plumity white Nanko-Ume (Nanko Ume), Ginjo-Brewed, Ume Farmer's Product, Nomiyasui Sukkiri
It is delicious and well-balanced with a sense of plums.
It was delicious!
