At Hankyu Department Store I had a chance to drink all kinds of sake. The nigori was also delicious. They also gave us a 1:1 blend of nigori and junmai. It was also delicious. The one that caught my attention was the Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)", Junmai sake "P&A (Panda)". It's black and white, so I guess it's 🐼😁. It is said that lactic acid is not used in the yeast stocking but is substituted with citric acid produced from white and black malted rice and fermented slowly at low temperature. It is refreshing and light to drink. Pleasant acidity and a clean aftertaste, but it was a bit unusual.

第２回北九州酒屋ドライブ巡り酒その③ 小倉駅にあるメルキドへ 先月のイベント以来 夏酒で純青のGALAXYと悩んだけど飲んだことない長門峡をチョイス、初銘柄です 冷酒で 香りは控えめ 夏酒らしい微かな酸味 しかし純米酒特有の米の旨味もあり 爽快さはそこまで しっかりした味わいなんでスタミナ料理や焼肉と合いそう
