OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦) Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light. A junmai sake that tastes great chilled. No strong character, but good for everyday drinking I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it! We went to Kotobuki Brewery's Kranomi❣️. You can bring your own food♪ This frog label limited edition sake It was delicious⤴️! Junmai sake, nigori rock, daiginjo, etc. We had a great time ❣️ The beer was also delicious ♬♬ The frogs were so cute! I bought a limited edition sake with a frog label and some frog goods! I want to go back! I'm going back!

Drinking out series From a restaurant called Sloth. This is a bottle that had been laid down at the store. It has a nice acidity from being left to rest. It has a nice acidity, which makes it a great sake for warming up. It has a strong sake taste at the first sip, but there is no lingering sensation. A warmed sake that can be enjoyed slowly.

Today, it is Kuninochou. It is a sake from Takatsuki, Osaka. I was going to make the 100th check-in a sake from Osaka, but it has already passed ^^; First of all, the frog label is cute. The frog is attractive with a retro Showa-era feel. The top aroma is not very noticeable. When you take a sip, it has a slightly thickened mouthfeel. First, a sweet and sour flavor like apricot comes in, and then the delicious taste of rice flows down the tongue. The taste is cut off by a moderate bitterness, leaving a lingering aftertaste. This was my impression on the second day, the first day was a bit heavier. I am so happy to be able to upload Sake-no-Wa like this after 100 check-ins. The time spent drinking sake slowly is blissful.

Despite the cute design, right after opening the bottle, it was quite dry and had more punch than I expected. This is a trip to Osaka's local sake market, where I get the impression that only Akishika is distributed in Tokyo. I chose the frog label for the jacket. If it were in Tokyo, such a stylish label would surely be a fruity sake, but it turns out to be very dry!　It has a mild mouthfeel, but after a while it becomes piquant and sharp. It's a fantastic right that hits you from a completely unexpected angle. This is Naniwa's way, a taste with a punch!　I want to pair it with a spicy salad with wasabi leaves.
