Takatsuki sake. Kuninoncho Junmai.
It is sweet.
It also has a slight aftertaste.
Alcohol content 16%.
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Sake meter degree -8 or so
Shin-Osaka Shinobuan
Kotobuki Shuzo
Kuninochou Tondasake Junmai Ginjo
This brewery is located in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture.
In the early Edo period, Settsutomida was a sake production area along with Itami and Ikeda.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, the ginjo aroma is subdued, and the delicious rice flavor stands out.

OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦)
Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light.
A junmai sake that tastes great chilled.
No strong character, but good for everyday drinking
I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it!
See you again, Mr. Frog!
My first sake from Settsutonda, Osaka.
Hmmm, it has no characteristics.
The first word that came to mind. The next one is easy to drink.
I wonder if there will be a next time.
With a sake level of -8 and a 70% ratio, I expected it to be quite sweet, but the sweetness and sharpness coexist, which is rare.
The store selling it for 400 yen for a single sake bottle is pretty good, but the brewery selling it for 1,265 yen including tax for a 4-goupe bottle is also amazing.
Polishing ratio 50%, slightly dry.
It was a gift from a long time ago and had been stored at room temperature for a while. I was worried because it had been stored at room temperature for a while, but there was no problem.
The ginjo aroma is weak, but I don't know if it's because of the time it's been stored or if it's original...

It reads "Kuninocho."
It is quite a classical type of sake.
As the name "mellow sweet" suggests, it has a strong aroma and taste of rice.
In spite of that, it has a sharpness.
This is "The Japanese Sake" and it was refreshing.

I am sorry to say this about myself, but I have finally conquered the whole country with the "Sake-no-wa" app.
I feel a little accomplished.
I'll do my best for the second week! 🍶
Purchased at a convenience store.
It is a local sake from Takatsuki. It has a delicious taste of rice with a clean aftertaste. It is ideal as an in-between-dinner drink!
The frog on the label is supposed to mean that there are frogs in places with clean water.
