Very refreshing impression. I wonder if it is supposed to be umami, and then dry to finish it off. I will drink it little by little and enjoy the changes in flavor. I bought this sake at Nosebox, a very local supermarket in Nosemachi, Akirika Shuzo's hometown, and was surprised at the huge selection of Akirika's sake. I must go back!

I was somewhat uncomfortable with packed liquor. When I happened to read other people's reviews, I found a lot of words that were totally different from my image. I decided I had to try it, so I bought it at a local drugstore for a little over 100 yen. When I drank it, I found that it was indeed diluted, but I didn't dislike it. I couldn't believe it, but I was also convinced that it was yogurt-like. I will continue to refer to the various reviews, thinking outside of the box.

I was attracted by the word "sweet" on the label. I was surprised to find out that this kind of wine is also classified as sweet... I thought it would go well with rice due to its firm and dark image.

I asked for a recommendation for a sweet sake at a sake shop and was introduced to it. Even though I have little experience with sake, I could clearly understand. The banana aroma that everyone is talking about is what this is all about!
