OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023(´¦) Very sharp and refreshing, a dry sake with a thick body that is not light. A junmai sake that tastes great chilled. No strong character, but good for everyday drinking I imagined that Frog's ginjo-nama-zake next to it would also be good, but my weak liver stopped screaming and I gave up on it! The people dancing to the KUWATA BAND medley on the way home seemed to be having a good time! For some reason, they were so well prepared that they brought their own happi (happy coats)! It was wonderful that they were giving it their all! After all, the Tenma Taishukai is unique!

. I bought a packet with a cute frog label. I asked the owner about it and he told me it was from a proper brewery and tasted good! So I bought it right away. It has a refreshing taste, and a fresh breeze runs through your mouth. It has a gentle aftertaste, so it is easy to sip. I drank half of it in no time. The brewery is originally famous for its local beer.

Kuninocho Frog Label ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16%. This is the fourth type of sake today. The label might make you imagine a playful taste, but it is a rather heavy (sitting) sake with a rice aroma, slight stimulation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, a little dryness, sourness and bitterness spreading out. At the Sake Fair 2024 in Ikebukuro. This is my first Osaka sake. Whenever I travel to Osaka, I am recommended sake from other prefectures, so I wondered if Osaka sake was not good. I had thought that Osaka sake might not be tasty, but this was easy to drink and refreshingly delicious.

Osaka's dry sake and battera Sake from Settsutonda, Osaka It is said to be dry, but the sweetness of the rice is so strong that it does not feel that dry, but rather a traditional taste! When heated up, the full-bodied flavor increases and it is delicious as well. It's not modern, but it's still a great combination of old-fashioned sake and traditional foodstuffs 👍.

For some reason or other... Staying in Osaka for a live concert My son is playing with her. She is a really kind wife. She is a god. She's a real god.　I'm too shy to say it directly, so I'll share it with you at Sake no Wa: ☺️ So...since I'm here, I took the Nankai train Southern, which is hard to take from Shiga. I'm taking the station soba + drinking iron in the morning! The sweetness in the mouth and the ginjo aroma wafting and spreading on the palate! It seems to thicken a little and the sake aroma lingers in the mouth! No snacks, so I'm enjoying its lingering taste♪

I thought I posted it, but I didn't💦. The 10th Osaka Jizake Tenma Daijukai 2024⑥ Kuninicho's booth. There were some beers on sale, which I was curious about, but I decided to go with sake 😁. The number of tickets was quickly running out, and we had to buy more. Frog Label Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo. The label was distinctive, but the taste was not so distinctive, although it had a deliciously bitter flavor. Kuninochou Daiginjo This was the first sake with 3 tickets to this event, and I guess the price was high. This is my favorite type of sake. There are several sake breweries in Takatsuki, so I'll try to visit them on foot next time.

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ⑥ At the venue, there was a DJ booth playing Showa songs such as Seiko Matsuda and Akina Nakamori, and people were singing and dancing 🎵. I was so excited to see so many people with their kids on leisure sheets 😅 here next to the Imperial Hotel 🤣. It's totally different from Japanese Sake festival 🤔. Not that I'm denying it 😁. Kotobuki Sake Brewery in Takatsuki City, the same city as Kiyotsuru. They also have Kuninonaga Beer with their trademark 🐸 🍺. Walking distance from Hankyu Tomita station, closer to the station than Kiyotsuru. We drank Frog Label Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo I heard that they fill the tank with the toji's favorite tank, so the specs must be slightly different every year, but I got the impression that there was not much difference. It seems to be basically spicy. I bought it several times because of the cute label, but to be honest, I never got into it. Kuninochou Daiginjo The label is different from the one that comes up in a search, but I wonder if it has been renewed. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a sweet, sweet flavor that I like, but the list I got at the event said it was 3,900 yen 😳. I think this price is quite expensive for a 50% polished rice ratio... The price on the official website is about 3100 yen, but I wonder if the price has been raised due to the label renewal? Or is it a new product with completely different specs?

This is a brand new to me. The aroma has a strong sake-like flavor. The freshness and sweetness of the rice are strongly felt. The aftertaste is sharp. There is a modernity, but it is more of a classic type. Delicious.
